Program Terms & Refund Guarantee
Full transparency on our program terms, your responsibilities, and our 12-month no-questions-asked refund guarantee. We put everything in writing because we believe in what we do.
Program Term & Access
This program is structured around a twelve (12) month outcome period.
The client will receive:
- Six (6) months of direct support, including Slack access, check-ins, and scheduled calls; and
- Lifetime access to the course platform and community resources, unless a refund is issued under this agreement.
Program Objective
The objective of the program is to help the client reach 50-100k followers online combined across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok by positioning the client as one of the most recognized and trusted real estate agents in their local market so they can generate significantly more exposure for their business.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to participate in and implement the program in good faith.
12-Month No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee
If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with the program, the client may request a full refund of all program fees paid under this agreement at any time within twelve (12) months of the program start date. This is a no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
No performance benchmarks, checkpoint requirements, proof of implementation, or outcome conditions apply to this guarantee.
To receive the refund, the client must submit the request in writing by email to support@7figureclosings.com within twelve (12) months of the program start date, or notify the company through phone, SMS, or Slack communication within that same twelve (12) month period.
Upon receipt of a timely written request, all program fees paid under this agreement will be refunded in full within ten (10) business days.
Upon issuance of the refund, the client's access to the program, calls, support, course materials, and community will terminate immediately.
Payment Disputes
The client agrees to contact the company in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, or representations relating to the program.
Amendments
No amendment or modification of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures and electronically delivered copies of this agreement shall be deemed valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
